As a developer, you have the option of working with the FCTec and establishing a joint program that is structured with the FCTec providing third-party test and evaluation activities aimed at validating your system. In addition to providing unbiased testing and evaluation activities, the FCTec could also be utilized to cost share expenses associated with the test program. Typical joint programs with the FCTec involve cost share of labor and non-labor expenses.
