How can the Faculties and Services get involved?
The ERP Project Team will be working hard to put appropriate structures in place to work in partnership with faculties and services throughout the implementation of the new pay/human resources and finance systems at the University. One example of these structures will be frequent Advisory Group meetings that will allow the implementation team to better inform you, and even more importantly consult you on the numerous issues that we are facing throughout the implementation process. The implementation teams have put aside every Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for these meetings. One week out of two, the meeting will have a pay/human resources focus and the other week it will have a finance focus. As some of you are involved in both areas, this will allow you to participate in all meetings if you wish.
