-An Account Executive can check Featured Homes availability of all zip codes within their territory or customers can login to the Featured Homes online user interface as the customer, type in the requested zip code and see if it is listed as available. Anyone can do a “Find a Home” search by zip code on REALTOR.com® and count how many (if any) Featured Homes results are displayed on the search criteria page. If 3 or less are displayed for any given zip code, it is guaranteed that at least 1 spot for that zip code is available (There could be 5 available if the desired zip code is a Tier-3).
