That’s the focus of the seminar “Town and Regional Planning to Insure Livability and Profitability,” set for Wednesday, May 26, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., at the Virden Conference Center at the University of Delaware’s Hugh R. Sharp Campus in Lewes.
