How can survey vendors participate in the administration of the MA & PDP CAHPS Surveys for 2011?
To participate in MA & PDP CAHPS Data Collection, survey vendors must apply to become an approved vendor and meet certain Survey Vendor Requirements. All approved vendors must comply with the protocols in the Medicare CAHPS Quality Assurance Guidelines. In addition, survey vendors must submit a Participation Form to the MA & PDP CAHPS Project Team for review and approval prior to administration of the survey.
