How can survey activity proceed if a landowner refuses survey permission?
As a public service project, SNG and its subsidiary Elba Express can acquire the right to conduct a survey of any parcel that might be included in the pipeline corridor by order of a local court. This right of entry only applies to our ability to conduct the surveys necessary to obtain regulatory approval of the proposed route.
