Students may give parents and other individuals the ability to view the student’s Housing bills online and make electronic payments to the student’s Housing account by setting them up as an authorized payer in Housing’s online payment system. To add a new authorized payer, a student should go to the website http://www.housing.wisc.edu/billing/payment.php, click on the Housing Bills Student Log In button and enter their Net ID and password. On the Authorized Payers section of Your Account page, click on the link titled Add New. On the next screen, enter the name of the authorized payer and their email address and click on the OK button. An email will be sent to the new authorized payer which will include their login name and temporary password.
