How can STN Easy for Intranets be used with Workgroups?
An STN Easy for Intranets Site Administrator may use STN Easy for Intranets with workgroups to: • Set up separate pages for every workgroup. Workgroup pages may be tailored to the needs of a subset of STN Easy for Intranets users. You may change the appearance, search categories, preferences, links, and other administrative information for each workgroup page. Optionally, workgroup pages may also be password-protected. • Direct STN search and alert results to one or more workgroup pages. • Save Defined Searches or Search Terms for use by one or more workgroups. • Provide access to CA Selects on the Web subscriptions. Note: Before any workgroup pages may be set up, your STN Easy for Intranets page has to be set up and activated first.
