How can speed compensate for depth of understanding and intelligence?
You are right that speed cannot compensate for depth of understanding and intelligence but when there is a combination of all these three things then nobody will stop you from reaching your goal. But if you only have a deep understanding and intelligence then in my view it’s waste of intelligence and knowledge. Just see the CAT paper, as you know it’s very lengthy one and if you do not have the required speed for it then you will not be able to utilise your skills and it will be sheer waste of your intelligence.
