How can someone without a CNetID subscribe / unsubscribe from the lists using the web interface?
Some lists are open to the public. To subscribe to a public list, see the Subscribe to an email list instructions. After you subscribe to a list, you’ll be required to enter a system-generated password, which you can change on the Lists website.
