The more effective way to develop good nonverbal communication skills is through filming, since watching yourself in a mirror can be distracting. Inexpensive video camera and tripods should be part of the tools of any speaker. Once recorded, review your presentation or speech in the following two ways: • Watch and listen see how your verbal and non-verbal work together.
