How can someone beat depression temporarily so they can do something their good at?
Beat depression temporarily is a funny statement in and of itself. If you beat depression temporarily then you know how to beat it permanently. But the reason you want to “temporarily” beat depression is suspicious to me. What do you do that you are good at that requires depression to be beat temporarily? Why wouldn’t you want to beat it for good to do everything without depression? Something with this question just doesn’t feel right to me. You are leaving something out. I would need more information before I could really try to help give you a direction.
