How can someone be against separation between church and state?
I’m not really against separation of church and state. I am against someone telling me that I can’t vote for someone who has the same beliefs as I do or that I can’t vote based on my faith. My vote is no one else’s business and if I want to vote for someone who does not believe in abortion or who is a Christian I want to be able to do that without some one yelling at me and telling me that is mixing church and state. Separation of church and state to me means that there isn’t supposed to be one government church like there was in England. Since there isn’t I am ok with it. But people want to take it too far and tell others that they can’t vote or live based on their faith and that is wrong. It is also wrong for them to tell kids that they can not pray in school. Teachers should not teach kids to pray but if they want to pray at lunch they should have that right. Also, the government should not be able to force a pastor to preach for or against something or perform some duty he does not
