To deliver apprenticeship and/or traineeship training in Western Australia and receive User Choice funding, RTOs must be registered to deliver the particular qualification with the Training Accreditation Council (TAC). That is, the qualification must be part of their current scope of registration. Advertisements are placed in local and national newspapers and this website will also highlight when the process is open. RTOs will be able to access application packages from this website and also by calling the User Choice Branch 08 9264 4172.
