Rotarians not wishing to be contacted should fax or e-mail their name, address, and telephone number to Robert Mintz at: (fax) 847-866-6297; e-mail: robert.mintz@rotary.org. * To receive a $25 check made payable to your Rotary club, you must be approved for a Rotary International MasterCard credit card and then use the account to make one or more retail purchase transactions totaling at least $75.
