You can submit questions or comments to UI operations via two e-mail addresses. Questions, comments, or suggestions regarding your employer account can be submitted to unemp.tax@state.co.us. A new e-mail address has been established specifically for questions, comments, or suggestions related to the genesis Project or the SUPER system. Please send e-mails about the genesis Project or the SUPER system to uiemployerinquiry@state.co.us. This new e-mail address will be available during the transition to full implementation of the SUPER system.
