How can PRIs applications help my company improve quality while reducing costs?
To improve quality and reduce costs, both the workflow process and the work performed by different people or teams need to be accurately tracked and analyzed. ActionProgram Manager (APM) includes numbers of features to this end. Templates are management’s approved processes for different functions. Of course, the only way to know if your people are performing these processes the way you want them to is to divide the processes into tasks, assign the tasks to individuals or teams, and then to track their performance against the tasks. (If you do this at a project level, you loose the granularity necessary to really know where the people need additional training or where the process can be improved). In APM, you can define your own demplates. You can even define templates for segments of projects and then combine the segments for a more unique project plan.
