How can people receive help from Job Services Australia?
In most cases job seekers will connect with Job Services Australia providers following a referral by Centrelink. The job seeker’s level of disadvantage will be assessed by the Job Seeker Classification Instrument (JSCI) or, where required, a Job Capacity Assessment (JCA). Job seekers will be placed into one of four streams, based on their level of disadvantage. Services are demand driven.
