How can patrons report a Bug or Issue or request a feature and how am I informed of reports?
A. Use the “report a bug or issue” icon on the desktop (or the feedback button in the browser toolbar) to log issues directly, rather than reporting them through local IT staff. Userful will keep local IT personnel informed of significant issues as they are reported. Userful auto detects which computer and Station the bug is being filed from. Visit http://www.userful.com/support/issue. By default customers receive a “digest” version as issues are received and resolved. Customers can also opt to be copied on all bugs/issues/suggestions sent from their stations.
