Participants followed these password retrieval instructions: Go to the Home page of this website. Click on the forgot password link located at the bottom of the log in box. Youll be asked for your email address for validation purposes. Enter the email address that we have on file for you (usually the same email address you used when you registered unless you have updated your email address on this website since then). Click the submit button. Within a few minutes the password was emailed to the address provided.
