How can parents access information about activities that are going on at GMS?
Each morning the Gateway Middle School announcements are recorded on our web page. There are athletic event and practice times, event cancellations, special events information, deadlines, and other items of interest concerning our students and their activities. We also have the capability to update the web page during the day to reflect any changes that may occur. We have found that this is a very efficient way for parents to obtain current, accurate information. To access our announcements web page, go the Gateway School District Home Page, click on Gateway Middle School (listed on the green bars on the left hand side of the page) and then on GMS: Morning Announcements/Information. There is also a Gateway School District information line in place. 412-373-8000 To access GMS information, choose option 4-School Activities and Sports, then option 2-Middle Schools, then option 2 again-Gateway Middle School.
