How can one Pathways to Leadership program change my organizations work culture?
When one participant incorporates their Pathways to Leadership® tools and skills in the work environment, employees take notice! We consistently see how one team member’s new method of operation and increased desire for cultural progress has a profound effect on those around them. Consequently, the more teams who experience the Pathways to Leadership process, the faster a culture shifts into high gear (see Case Study #9). Please keep in mind that Pathways is not a short-term solution. Those who desire a quick-fix are not a good fit for our program. We are committed to long-term solutions and real results.
