Apply to the licensing authority i.e. Commissioner of Police in Form No.4 of Explosive Rules by depositing Rs.150/- licence fee under head 0070-Administrative Services receipts under Explosives Act. NOC shall be called for from local police, Fire Officer, Asst.Electrical Inspector and Municipal Authority etc. After receipt, Commissioner of Police shall consider issuing licence in Form 24 of Explosive Rules.
