Ans. Most training programmes at HSMI are sponsored by agencies for the identified target groups such as state and ULB level functionaries. HSMI also conducts fee-based training programmes, which are open to all. In addition, HSMI undertakes to organise tailor made training programmes to address specific needs of organisations working in the field of urban development and poverty alleviation.
