How can obesity be prevented in both children and adults?
Obesity can be prevented by having a good healthy, balanced diet, and it’s so much easier with children if you teach them to eat healthy from when they are very young instead of giving them sweets and fatty foods, because then they wont constantly want it when they are older, and for adults it’s best not always to just cut out all fatty foods but enjoy it in moderation and then eventually swap all snacks for fruit or something.
obesity depends on no of factors like genetics..race…ur diet…physical activity….normal functioning of hormones………..so above all there are two things in our hand and those are diet and physical activity…..take a proper balanced diet regularly…fat content should be there but acc to body needs but yes minimise ur fat content……..and excercise daily………
