We will continue to use the CTP token process untill Dec 31st: • A Windows Azure token can complete the CTP application by visiting http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=129453 . Once received, CTP tokens are redeemable at https://windows.azure.com. • A SQL Azure Database token can complete the CTP application by visiting http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=149681&clcid=0x09. Once received, CTP tokens are redeemable at https://sql.azure.com. • Access to the AppFabric Service Bus and Access Control CTP can be obtained at https://netservices.azure.com.
