How can name trademarks be protected?
Trademarks are signs which are suitable for differentiating the wares or services of one business from those of other businesses. Trademarks can be words, letters, numbers, icons, or 3-D signs as well as combinations of elements or color. Acoustic marks (jingles) are also possible. The registration is valid for 10 years after the date of registration, and can be renewed as often as desired every ten years.
