MyPHRSC can help you work with your providers by allowing you to add information to your record that Medicare claims data may not provide (e.g., services by other providers or therapists, advance directives, over-the-counter medications). This added information may be essential in your care. MyPHRSC also allows you to print your information which you may choose to share with your providers.
