How Can My Wife Increase Her Flexibility?
OK tell your wife to stretch every day by trying to reach her toes. But make sure she doesn’t over do it because that could really strain her back. And tell her not to bounce while bending over because that will cause micro-tears in her muscles and tendons. I’m no physical trainer so I’m not sure how she could strengthen her calves but to strengthen her legs in general tell her to do squat thrusts. That is when you sit in the air like you sit on a chair (knees apart) and hold your hands out like there resting on a table and interlock your fingers. Then bend your knees and get lower then back up. Tell your wife to do as many as she can but still don’t over do it. Then do wall sits where your back is against the wall and your knees are at a 90 degree angle. Then your wife should lift her hands above her head and hold it for as long as she can. BUT DON’T OVER DO IT! Also tell her to actually sit in a chair on the edge and put a ball between her knees ( a ball like a volleyball basketball
