UK and Irish sites should check that they are eligible to use CrossFire. If you are eligible, please go to the MDL CrossFire section of the CHEST website for details of the agreement. You will need to obtain a copy of the Licence (Schedule 4) from CHEST (details of how to order this are on the CHEST website as above), complete TWO copies and return them to CHEST as directed on the form.
