Once you have an office telephone number and email account, you can provide them with that information. They should not hesitate to call me if they need to reach you urgently. The NASA Exchange Lodge front desk will take a message, however they will not search for you. You will be given information regarding when/where to meet 1-2 weeks before the program starts.
