Bulk Rate/Non-Profit: A minimum of 200 pieces or 50 total pounds is required to qualify for this permit rate. All pieces must be uniform in size and weigh less than 16 ounces and be at least .007″ thick. Contact the Bulk Mail Unit at University Printing for more information.
