How can Miracle deliver higher quality and a lower price?
In the world of automobiles, the first automobile was very expensive. It took Henry Ford to standardize and simplify the “building” process. While Miracle Homes are definitely not produced on an assembly line, the cost savings from being a high-volume builder is represented in our lower prices. We work with a set number of designs; therefore, we are able to achieve very exact dollar numbers on every nail and board that goes into each home. Moreover, our prices decrease as we buy massive quantities of building materials and pass those savings to our clients. Each time we build a certain home, our quality levels continue to increase as our subcontractors become intimately familiar with each home. This type of quality through familiarity is just not possible in building a custom home.
