How can localisation of the MS Commissioning Pathway be achieved?

0

The pathway for patients with MS sits on a website behind which sits a web based pathway development tool. The template pathway can be replicated and then localised by appointing a lead local author and some local reviewers / contributors. Your own local pathway/s can then be developed containing local information and hyperlinks. Once a local pathway has been developed it can be accessed via the hyperlink on the pathways for health website but also displayed on your own PCT, Trust or SHA website. The pathway can be updated and amended at anytime by the local author.
