LabQ is the ASCP’s largest ever continuing-education volume for medical laboratory personnel, an 18 exercise clinical-laboratory series offering CMLE for as little as $4.95 per credit hour. It was created specifically to fulfill the ASCP Board of Registry Certification Maintenance Program (CMP). It is available online and in booklet form. Please give me some examples of what would count for “in-service” or employer-offered courses. Instructor training, video or audioconferences covering such topics as laboratory infection control, autoimmune disease or instrument and equipment training to name a few. Contact hours must be assigned, certificates distributed, or participation recorded by your employer.
