How can it be gentle enough to clean live plants and tough enough to degrease my oven?
Temperature and pressure are controlled by distance from the surface you’re cleaning so hold the nozzle 4-6 inches away from delicate things like live plants. Heat resistant surfaces like your oven can take full steam directly. You can also turn the steam output down with a rolling knob on the handle so you can touch surfaces but not use as much heat and pressure as full blast.
