IPWHR is verifying offspring of TWHBEA registered parents, through bloodtyping or DNA testing results, as the parents must already be registered. If the offspring cannot be registered with TWHBEA because either or both parents is not bloodtyped, then the offspring will be grandfathered in with bloodtyping or DNA results provided to IPWHR.
