How can interpersonal relationship enhance ones development?
Positive interaction through interpersonal communications helps one to understand the others point of view and learn the desirable and strong characteristics of people; such collective discussions will broaden our understanding and horizens; it helps us to be more open to others point of views; it provides us with the opportunity of learning from diverse experiences.
