How can interested citizens get involved?
Interested citizens can get involved in the project by attending the public meetings that are advertised in the media and by viewing project information and updates on the project web site at http://www.phl-cep-eis.com. Citizens can also ask to be included on the project mailing list to receive newsletters, meeting notices, and updates. Public meetings were held prior to publication of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (September 8-11, 2008) and a Public Hearing was held October 20-23, 2008 during the Draft EIS comment period.
