The GSA Area Property Officer (APO) is the true centralized key figure to successful property acquisitions and management. APO’s have a wide array of personal property knowledge whether it be policy or operations, DRMS or federal agency property, or property acquisition or disposal. APO’s have high understanding of the big picture of federal property management.
