How can individuals participate in EPAs regulatory rulemaking process?
EPA will hold public hearings in Nevada and Washington, DC. The Agency will advertise the specific dates, times, and locations 15 to 30 days prior to the hearings in major Nevada newspapers; publish a Notice of Public Hearings in the Federal Register; and announce the specifics on the Information Line and post the information on the Web site. In addition, the public is encouraged to submit comments in writing to the Agency’s official docket in Washington, DC.
