The council accepts correspondence in writing and addressed to the attention of the Executive Director c/o NSSLHA, 2200 Research Boulevard #450, Rockville, Maryland 20850. All matters addressed to the Council will be considered. If the item can be resolved by the director of operations and the executive director, then a remedy will be sought immediately. However, if the matter needs to be brought before the full Council, it will be added to the agenda of the next meeting of the Council. A written reply will be issued immediately upon a decision of the Council.
