How can improve my tackle in football?
the main muscles used to tackle are not the biceps which most people think there are actualy 2 main muscles used in tackling…your forearms and your thighs your forearms used to bring down the other player and your thighs used to drive through them if you want to work these muscles i reccomend running stair sprints to work all the muslces required in your leg to tackle and for the arms you can just do some wieght training good luck 🙂
