You need to send an original letter direct to the Malaysian High Commission in Nigeria http://www.kln.gov.my/web/nga_abuja/home signed and dated by you with your full name, address and contact details. In the letter you need to write tha name of the person you are inviting, the nature of your relationship (friend, family member, boyfriend), how long you’ve known each other, how long he or she is staying with you, and if you will be providing accommodation for them during their visit. You can send another copy to your friend so they can include with their visa application. But like the poster above said if this is somebody you met online be very careful due to high levels of romance fraud. If you only know each other online dont send money for any reason.
