Fill out the securities “Withdrawal/Transfer Instruction Form” which request Sanfull to transfer securities to another broker or issue physical share certificates directly to you. If you instruct Sanfull to release the securities to another registered broker through CCASS, you are responsible for issuing identical instructions to the third party. Transfer fees, CCASS charges, handling charges and other expenses will be incurred and charged to your account. Requests received after 3:00pm will be processed the following day. iTrader client may fill out the “Withdrawal/Transfer Instruction Form” on-line from the “My Account” section.
