A. Your teeth can be whitened using an application of a special type of hydrogen peroxide gel. We can apply the gel in our office, shining a special light on it to speed up the process, usually getting the level of brightness you desire in two or three 20 minute sessions. Alternatively, we can make a small mouthpiece to hold the gel, and you can apply it one hour per day over 10 to 14 days.
