To watch an Amazon VOD video with PlayOn it may be necessary to first open the video in a browser on your PC. Simply open the video and select “Play”. Then allow the video to play for just a minute or two, and back out of it. Then open the movie again from the PlayOn menu on your TV, and it should work. If you’re still having trouble, submit a support ticket through PlayOn Settings.
