How can I volunteer at Shambala?
Shambala can always use volunteers to help us in our fundraising efforts! Please note, however, that NO VOLUNTEER MAY WORK WITH THE ANIMALS. Our insurance is extremely strict on this point. Although, once again, our volunteers will not be working with the animals, they are needed for such duties as selling items in our safari boutique, safari guest supervision, helping to prepare newsletter mailings, and fundraising events. What we like to ask is that you attend one of our safaris as a paying guest first, both to see how Shambala operates and to see what typical volunteer duties will be.
