How can I visualize and analyse my sequences?

On your Nanuq home page, select your project name. Then, click on “project data” in the menu to the left. Choose the sequencing date corresponding to the sequences you want to visualize. You are now able to look at the chromatogram by clicking on T (trace) or view the text version of the sequence by clicking on the length of the sequence (length). It is also possible to download the chromatogram(s) (AB1 or SCF format) or the text version of the sequence by choosing “Search/Download” under tools in the menu to the left.
