How can I view the TDR of my semiconductor data analysis in Yield power.com ( Defect Yield Trending Analysis Software )?

Click on the menu option “Test Data Report” in the “Maintenance” Manu. Test Data Report form will be opened. You can view any of the TDR with its parameters and its linked values. All the defined TDR’s are in the Left Part of TDR Management screen, on selecting a TDR its details will be displayed in the right hand pane.
